STORAGE
4. After all fuel has drained into the container, tighten the carburetor
drain bolt securely.
5. Reinstall a new O-ring and sediment cup.
6. Move the fuel valve lever to the OFF position.

Engine Oil

Change the engine oil (see page 32).
Engine Cylinder
1. Remove the spark plug (see page 37).
2. Pour a teaspoon (5 cc) of clean engine oil into the cylinder.
3. Pull the starter grip several times to distribute the oil in the cylinder.
4. Reinstall the spark plug.
5. Pull the recoil starter grip slowly until resistance is felt and the notch
on the starter pulley aligns with the hole at the top of the recoil
starter cover. This will close the valves so moisture cannot enter the
engine cylinder. Return the recoil starter grip gently.
