    CARE AND CLEANING 1. Unplug cord from wall outlet. Allow oil to cool. NOTE: Oil retains its temperature for a long time after use, approximately 2 hours. Do not attempt to empty the Fryer until the oil has cooled completely. Do not move or carry the Fryer while it is still hot.
