REPLACING YOUR FILTERS

We recommend periodical filters checking and replacing for optimal
performance.
• The Eco-Silver pre-filter should be replaced after approximately 3 months,
the filter time indicator (RED) will light up to alert for the Eco-Silver pre-filter
replacement.
• The HEPAtech filter should be replaced after approximately 12 months, the
filter time indicator (GREEN) will light up to alert for the HEPAtech filter
replacement.
Replace Eco-Silver pre-filter
Remove any packaging and plastic bag from the new filter before replacement.
1. Switch off and disconnect the air purifier from the supply socket.
2. Press the rear grille lock & release button down and remove the rear grille.
3. Remove the pre-filter from the inner of the rear grille.
4. Put the new Eco-Silver pre-filter over the inside of the rear grille.
5. Put back the rear grille in place to the air purifier.
Replace Permanent HEPAtech filter
Remove any packaging and plastic bag from the new filter before replacement.
IMPORTANT: Do not use water, any liquid or detergents to clean the filter.
1. Switch off and disconnect the air purifier from the supply socket.
2. Press the rear grille lock & release button down and remove the rear grille.
3. Remove the filter from the rear compartment of the air purifier.
4. Put the new HEPAtech filter to the rear compartment of the air purifier.
5. Put back the rear grille in place to the air purifier.

TROUBLE SHOOTING TIPS

If the air purifier shuts off unexpectedly, safety features may be activated to
prevent damage or injury. If this happens, check the following:
1. Is the air purifier plugged into a working electrical outlet?
2. Is the Permanent HEPAtech filter correctly located in place?
3. Is the rear grille latched firmly in place?
4. Has a household fuse blown, or has a circuit breaker tripped? Replace the
fuse or reset the circuit breaker. If the problem continues, call an electrician.
5. Was a regular fuse used? Use a time-delay fuse or time-delay circuit
breaker.
