Confi guring Speaker and Sound Options
You may set up your computer for the following supported confi gurations:
Name
Headphone Muted
Stereo Left speaker + right speaker
2.1 Left speaker + right speaker + one subwoofer
4 (Quadraphonic) Two front speakers + Two rear speakers
5.1 Two front speakers + Two rear speakers + one center speaker + one subwoofer
7.1 Two front speakers + Two rear speakers + Two side speakers + one center speaker
+ one subwoofer
Confi guring speakers with Realtek HD Audio Manager
1. Click the Windows Start Button on the taskbar.
2. Click Control Panel.
3. Click Hardware and Sound.
4. Click Realtek HD Audio Manager. The window opens.
5. Click the Speakers tab to open that control screen.
6. Click the Speaker Confi guration tab.
7. Select your type of speakers from the drop-down menu.
8. Click the Sound Effect tab.
