You can set the access point’s SSID at the same time. Note The computer you use to assign an IP address to the access point must have an IP address of its own.

    Open the Access Point Management Pages After you have determined or assigned the access point’s IP address, you can open the Access Point Management Pages. Open your Internet browser. You must use Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Step 1 Navigator/Communicator, versions 4.0 or later. Enter the access point’s IP address in the browser address line and press Enter.
