INSTALLATION GUIDE

CAUTION
SETUP THE EPSON PRINTER WITH THE EPSON SUPPLIED INK. THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO PRINT A
NOZZLE CHECK TO ENSURE THE PRINTER IS WORKING PROPERLY.
RECORD THE ALPHA-NUMERIC VALUE FROM THE NOZZLE CHECK (LOCATED ON THE FAR RIGHT SIDE
OF THE PAGE). THE ALPHA-NUMERIC VALUE IS YOUR FIRMWARE VERSION, WHICH WILL BE NEEDED
DURING POWERDRIVER IQ REGISTRATION.

  • Page 3 Epson WorkForce 1100 – Installation Guide: (3:18) Microsoft Windows OS Verifi cation (1:1) Before you begin, you will need to verify the Windows Edition and System Type you are using on your PC. This is important when deciding which drivers to download. You should only download those drivers, which are compatible with your version of Operating System.

FIGURE 3 Below Drivers & Downloads, locate and click the link for your operating system (see FIGURE 4). For this example, we have selected Windows 32-bit.

FIGURE 5 Before the download begins, you will be asked to enter an e-mail address. You may choose to skip this step by selecting No thanks.

For this example we will Save the fi le to our Desktop. Click Save to continue (see FIGURE 7).

From the home page, fi rst highlight Technical Support, next highlight SubliJet IQ, then highlight Epson Workforce 1100, and fi nally highlight and click Sublijet PowerDrivers (see FIGURE 1). This will open the PowerDriver Downloads for SubliJet IQ page (see FIGURE 2).

For this example we will Save the fi le to our Desktop. Click Save to continue (see FIGURE 3).

If you receive the following screen, click Install this driver software anyway (see FIGURE 13).

The Product ID is located in the PowerDriver Registration window (see FIGURE 15). The easiest and fastest way to obtain a Registration Code 24/7 is by clicking the Obtain Registration Code button also located in the PowerDriver Registration window.

On the Product Registration web page, fi ll in the required information and click Submit when complete (see FIGURE 16). Your Registration Code will now be sent to the e-mail address used during registration.
