Cisco Unified Communications Manager offers many different product, call and security features.

When adding the Cisco IP Phone 8861 to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager it must be provisioned using the Ethernet

MAC address as the Wireless LAN MAC is used for Wi-Fi connectivity only.

The Ethernet MAC address of the Cisco IP Phone 8861 can be found by navigating to Applications > Administration settings

> Network setup > Ethernet configuration.
