Shooting options

Customize the device to take unique photos or videos. The available options vary by mode.
Selecting resolution
Select a higher resolution to increase the number of pixels the photo or video includes.
Selecting a higher resolution also increases the file size.
Setting the photo resolution
In Camera mode, tap

In Auto or Smart mode, tap
In Expert mode tap

There are more video resolution options available in Expert mode.
Setting the photo quality
Select a higher photo quality for better photos. Selecting a higher photo quality also
increases the file size.

Using the timer
Use this for delayed-time shots.
In Camera mode, tap
button to start the timer.
To use this feature in Camcorder mode, tap
Press the Shutter button to cancel the timer.
→ Camera → Photo size, and select a photo resolution.
