Setting the Beep On/Off

A beep sounds for confirmation purposes
when the shutter button is pressed or a
camera setting is changed. The beep can
be turned off.

Display the [Rec. Menu]

This setting has no effect on beep sounds
that are issued as warnings. The camera will
continue to emit these warning sounds as
necessary regardless of this setting.
