Tips for taking good pictures with
Live View
• Hold the camera gently with both hands,
keep your arms still at your side and stand
with your feet slightly apart.
• Make sure the camera does not shake
when you press the shutter button.
• Do not cover the AF assist lamp, IR
sensor etc. with your fingers or other
objects.
• If the LCD monitor screen is difficult to see
because of light from the sun etc. shining
on it, we recommend using your hand or
another object to block the light when
using the camera.
• When holding the camera vertically, hold it
with the AF assist lamp A at the top of the
camera.
Changing the Information
Displayed
Press [DISPLAY] to switch the
monitor screen.
A: [DISPLAY] button
B: LCD monitor
• The [DISPLAY] button is not activated
when the menu screen is displayed.
• You can set the information to display
on the LCD monitor. (P87)

viewing the size, the slope and the balance
of the subject.
