The rollers stop working suddenly.
No reaction
Accupoint recognition function failure
Backrest or foot rest doesn't reset to
the initial position.

Please stop use the product.
- When excessive force, the roller will stop
working due to the safety concerned.
- Turn off the machine, and turn on it again after
10 seconds.
- DO NOT lie on the chair too hard.
- Please make sure that the plug had plug in the
socket properly.
- Please make sure the power had turn on.
- Power button had be pressed Auto/ Manual
mode operated.
Please lie on the chair properly and press it again.
Please make sure it is clear around the chair
body.
