    Getting to Know the Touch Screen Touch key sensors are very sensitive and require only a light touch — you don’t need to press them forcefully to use them. Pressing touch keys too hard may damage the touch keypad. Use the tip of your finger to touch the center of a touch key.

    Keeping track of your battery’s charge is important. If your battery level becomes too low, your phone automatically turns off, and you will lose any information you were working on. Always use a Sprint-approved or LG-approved desktop charger, travel charger, or vehicle power adapter to charge your battery.
