    Key Functions Signal Strength Indicator represents the signal strength by displaying bars. The more bars displayed, the better the signal strength. Softkey Buttons let you select softkey actions or menu items corresponding to the bottom left and right lines on the display screen.

The failure to use a Sprint-approved or manufacturer-approved battery and charger may increase the risk that your phone will overheat, catch fire, or explode, resulting in serious bodily injury, death, or property damage.

Removing the Battery WARNING: Do not handle a damaged or leaking Lithium Polymer battery as you can be burned.

Keeping track of your battery’s charge is important. If your battery level becomes too low, your phone automatically turns off and you will lose all the information you were just working on.

    End-of-Call Options After receiving a call from or making a call to a phone number that is not in your Contacts, the phone number and the duration of the call are displayed. Select this option if you wish to add the new number to your Contacts.

    Understanding Roaming Recognizing the Roaming Icon on the Display Screen Your phone’s display screen always lets you know when you’re off the Nationwide Sprint PCS Network. Any time you are roaming, the phone displays the roaming icon ( roaming on a digital system, the roaming icon will be displayed along with the text Digital Roam.
