    Calls Making a call Key in the number using the keypad. To delete a digit press Press to initiate the call. To end the call, press TIP! To enter + when making an international call, press and hold 0. Making a call from your contacts Select Contacts from the Standby screen.

    Multi delete - Mark multiple contacts to delete. Copy to SIM/phone - Choose to move or copy to the SIM card or phone (depending on where you originally saved the contact). Adding a contact to a group You can save your contacts into groups, for example, keeping your work colleagues and family separate.

    Messaging Messaging Your BL20 includes functions related to SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service) and email, as well as the network’s service messages. Simply press Menu and select Messaging. Sending a message Press Menu, select Messaging and choose Create new message.

    Entering text You can enter alphanumeric characters using the phone’s keypad. For example, storing names in Contacts, writing a message and creating scheduling events in the calendar all require entering text. The following text input methods are available in the phone: T9 predictive mode, ABC manual mode and 123 mode.

    Messaging Message folders Press Menu, select Messaging. The folder structure used on your BL20 is fairly self- explanatory. Inbox - All the messages you receive are placed into your Inbox. From here you can reply, forward and more, see below for details.

    Filter - You can fi lter certain type of messages (for example text message). If you see the message No space for SIM message, you should delete some text messages with from your message box. If you see the message No space for messages, you should delete messages to create space.

    Watching your saved videos You can access your saved videos either from within video camera mode or from the standby screen. From the standby screen you should select Menu, then select My stuff and Videos. Your gallery will appear on screen. Use the navigation keys to select the video you want to view and press the centre soft key to watch it.
