Remove the Rubber Cap (68)
and then the Brush Cap (67).

Remove old Carbon Brush (66)
from Carbon Brush holder.

Insert new Carbon Brush into
Carbon Brush holder.

Replace Brush Cap and the Rubber Cap.

Replace Carbon Brush Cover.
Problem

Troubleshooting

Cleaning
1.
Clean the Demolition Hammer
with warm water, soap a soft cloth,
preferably after each use.
2.
WARNING! Do not use solvents
when cleaning the Electric Hammer.
Doing so can damaged the tool.
Likely Solutions
1. Check that cord is plugged in.
2. Check power at outlet. If outlet is unpowered,
turn off tool and check circuit breaker. If breaker
is tripped, make sure circuit is right capacity
for tool and circuit has no other loads.
3. Turn off tool and allow to cool.
Press reset button on tool.
4. Have technician service tool.
Eliminate use of extension cord. If an extension
cord is needed, use shorter/heavier gauge cord.

Replace as needed.
