You may print files via Wi-Fi with wireless printers
Developer Options
If the phablet does not display Developer options press "Build
number" seven (7) times in the about phablet tab in settings to
access menu.

The developer options gives access to USB Debugging
and other developer options

Storage

Connect the phablet with the USB cable provided. Once connected,
a connection interface will appear. Once in the connection mode
interface, select MTP Media device or from the other options
available in the connection screen to transfer files.
