TROUBLESHOOTING
The section covers minor problems with basic camera operation. For major problems or damage, or
if a problem continues to reoccur frequently, contact a Konica Minolta service facility.

Cause
The battery is dead.
The auto-power-off func-

Solution
Replace battery (p. 14).
Press the main switch to
restore power. The length of
the auto-power-off period can
be changed in section 2 of the
setup menu.
Check that the adapter is con-
nected to the camera and a
live electrical outlet (p. 16).
Insert a new memory card (p.
18), delete some images (p.
68), or change the image-qual-
ity setting (p. 45).
Insert a memory card (p. 18).
The camera can record and
playback a single still image
without a memory card
