- Page 2 NSTRUCTIONS STIMATED ETUP DO NOT hook up your Winegard manual tuning satellite antenna at this time. Power up TV and ViP®211k Receiver. Select ‘Menu’ from your remote. From the Main Menu page, select ‘611’ on your remote control number pad.
