I forgot the Unlock
Pattern and I didn't
create a Google
Account on the
phone?
How do I create
the Unlock Pattern?
Answer
Without entering the Unlock Pattern, you
will not be able to access your phone.
Caution: If you perform a factory reset,
all user applications and user data will be
deleted. Please remember to back up any
important data before performing a factory
reset.
How to perform a factory reset:
1.Turn the phone off.
2.At the same time press and hold Volume
Down Key + Power/Lock Key
3.Release the keys when the Android
Recovery screen appears.
4.Read the message and press the Power/
Lock Key to enter the Android
Recovery mode.
5.Press any other key to cancel.
6.Press the Volume Down Key
scroll to wipe data/factory reset and
press the Home Key
7.Press the Volume Down Key
scroll to Yes -- delete all user data and
press the Home Key
8.Your device will perform a hard reset.
9.Make sure reboot system now is
highlighted and press the Home Key
to reboot your phone.
1.On the Home screen, touch the Menu

2.Touch Lock screen settings.
3.Touch Select screen lock.
4.Touch Pattern. The first time you do this,
a short tutorial about creating an unlock
pattern appears.
5.Set up by drawing your pattern once >
Continue > draw again > Confirm.
