Using speed dial keys
You can assign directory entries to the keys 0
and 2-9:

IP Dialling
You can dial an IP number directly by press-
ing the IP key and selecting the IP number.
Storing the IP number

1 Enter the IP access number.
2 Insert "P" by pressing and holding the e
key if neccessary.
3 Enter IP number and password, end with
#.

Using the directory and lists
End with , then enter name, such as "IP"
Note:
The entry method may differ when using
different IP Cards. VIP numbers can be
entered directly.
Sending the directory to another
handset
Preconditions:

The sending and receiving handsets must
both be registered to the same base sta-
tion.

The other handset and the base station
can send and receive directory entries.

Enter the internal number of the
receiving handset and press
Successful transmission is acknowledged
with the message Entry copied. . You can
transfer several individual entries one after
the other by responding
entry? prompt.
Please note:

Entries with identical numbers are not
overwritten on the receiving handset.
u
The transfer is cancelled if the phone
rings or if the memory of the receiving
handset is full.
Copying a displayed number to the
directory
You can copy numbers displayed in a list, e.g.
the calls list or redial list, to the directory.
