Basic Operation

1.
Press and release the Power Button
to activate the Digital Torque Wrench.
NOTE: Do not press the Memory (M)
button and the Power Button at the
same time. Doing so will initiate the
Calibration Mode.

The Display Panel will read "trACE".
3.
After two seconds, the Display Panel
will read "00.0".
4.
Set the Direction Switch for clockwise
or counterclockwise operation. The
Switch shown above is in position for
clockwise operation.
5.
Place socket onto the nut or bolt.
6.
Press Memory and Mode buttons at
the same time to select the different
torque units.
NOTE: The Digital Torque contains 5
different unit selections (kg-cm, kg-m,
in-lb, ft-lb and N-m).

To select the torque value, press and
hold down the (+) button to increase
and the (-) button to decrease the
current target value.
NOTE: The target value will show for
ten (10) seconds before the Display
Panel will read "0.00".

Tighten the fastener with a steady pull
on torque wrench handle. When 80%
of selected target value is reached,
the LED Light will flash and an audible
high-pitched beep will sound.
As the handle is pulled further,
beeping intervals will be shortened
and LED will flash faster. When the
desired torque value is reached, the
until will emit a soild buzz and the
LED will glow continously.
9.
Stop pulling once you've reached
targeted torque value.
10. To store a torque reading, have the
digital torque wrench in "PtoP" mode.
When you use it, the torque wrench
can store the reading automatically.
11. Press the Memory button. The
Display Panel will show the stored
reading as "P01".
12. To show the second stored reading,
press the Memory button again for
one second. The second torque
value will be designated as "P02".
