Barracuda 18 Installation Guide, Rev. C General description Barracuda 18 SCSI disc drives are high-speed, random-access digital-data storage devices. The drive is a component for installation in an enclosure designed for the drive. This is often a rack within the system or an external enclosure designed to house one or more disc drives or other peripheral units.
