4. C onnect the resistor wiring harness.
BLOWER M O TO R RELAY - ALL
The blower motor relay is located on the blower side of
the blow er-evaporator case ( Fig. 35).
R eplacem ent
1. Disconnect the wiring harness at the relay.
2. Remove the relay to case attaching screws and remove
the relay.
3. Place the new relay in position and drive the mounting
screws.
4. Connect the relay wiring harness.

FUSE

A 25 am p fuse, located in the junction block protects
the entire air conditioning system except for the blower
circuit, the fuse for the blower circuit is located in the
electrical wiring between the junction block and the blower
relay.
OVERHEAD SYSTEM-C-K
MODELS
The O verhead System is used in conjunction with the
C60 System. Since replacem ent of C60 System components
has been covered previously, only those com ponents peculiar
to the Overhead System will be covered in this section.
REAR DUCT
This duct covers the blow er-evaporator assembly, at
the rear of the vehicle, and incorporates four adjustable aii*
outlets (Fig. 1 B-36).
R eplacem ent
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect the drain tube from the rear duct.
3. Remove the screws securing the duct to the roof panel
and rear header brackets.
4. Remove the duct.
5. To install, reverse Steps ! thru 4 above.
BLOWER MOTOR RES!
The blower motor resistor is located on the cover side of
the C60 System biower-evaporator as shown in Fig. 1 B-37.
