Antenna must be earthed to the chassis of the vehicle. Even though the Cobra GR 29 LTD ST has an auto- matic noise limiter, in some installations ignition interference may be high enough to make good communications impossible. -

This adapter and a mag- netic mount antenna allow you to “install” your transceiver quickly for temporary use.
