Check Vcc of IC801.(Pins34, 40)
Check IC801 Pin42(Data), Pin43(CLOCK).
Do Audio signals appear at IC801
Pins16, 17?
Do FM Audio signals appear at IC801
Pin36?
Check the Contact Point of Drum
Connector if good then Replace the Drum.

Replace IC801.
