Measure U701 Pin2=3.3V and U702 PIN2=1.8V
No power
Press power key and look if the
picture is normal

Please reinsert and make sure the
5V input is normal

Check X201 oscillate waveforms
are normal
OK
Check U202
NG
Reinsert or check the
power section
NG
Check CN401 or replace U701,U702
NG
Replace X201
