Battery Manager
The Battery Manager application provides
significant battery savings by allowing
you to set data traffic timeout and display
brightness during peak and off-peak hours
of the day.
Change battery profile
1. On the Home screen, press the
Menu key.
2. Tap Settings .
3. Tap Battery Manager .
4. Tap Battery Profile .
5. Tap one of the following options:
Performance Mode : Data
n
timeout and auto brightness
are turned off. This is the
default battery profile.

Smart Mode : Data timeout
n
and auto brightness are turned
on. This mode allows manual
configuration of different data
timeout and display brightness
settings during peak and
off-peak times of the day.
Battery Saver Mode : Data
n
timeout and auto brightness are
turned on, but are not manually
configurable. This setting
maximizes battery savings.
6. If necessary, tap OK .
