2) While the warranty is valid, the purchaser shall be entitled to use the free maintenance service
available at any authorised assistance centre listed on the warranty, should any anomalies occur during
regular use of the product.
Huawei is liable for guaranteeing the device for a period of two (2) years and the accessories for a
period of six (6) months from the date of purchase on the part of the original owner (ownership is non-
transferrable) in normal conditions of use.
3) This guarantee does not cover the types of damage listed below:
(a) surface damage caused by normal wear and tear of the product;
(b) defects and damage caused by improper use of the device;
(c) damage caused by any kind of unauthorised dissasembly, repairs, changes or modifications made
to the device;
(d) improper or careless use, negligence or accidental damage;
(e) defects or damage deriving from inappropriate tests, intervention, maintenance or installation
carried out improperly or by any changes or modifications made;
(f) defects or damage caused by the product coming into contact with food or liquids, or due to
corrosion caused by rust, or damage due to the use of incorrect voltage
