Be sure to turn off power switch before connect or disconnect connector,

Is the stop valve open?

compressor lead
wires normal?
Are the wiring and
connection to the
compressor normal?
Is the insulation
resistance of the
compressor 100 kΩ
or less?
Compressor coils
are disconnected.
