Step 1 Desolder pins of the digital amp IC (IC5000) on the back
side of D-Amp P.C.B.
Step 2 Remove 1 screw from the top of the heatsink unit A.
Step 3 Remove the TR spring in the direction of the arrow.
Step 4 Remove the digital amp IC (IC5000) from the heatsink
unit A.
Caution : Handle the heatsink unit A with caution due to its
high temperature after prolonged use. Touching it may lead to
injuries.
Note : For replacement of IC5300 & IC5400, repeat the (Step
1) to (Step 4). Refer to the diagrams of D-Amp P.C.B. (Item
9.15) for location of the parts.
9.17. Disassembly of SMPS, AC-
Inlet & Voltage Selector P.C.B.
· Follow (Step 1) to (Step 3) of Item 9.3.
· Follow (Step 1) to (Step 2) of Item 9.15. for Disassembly of
D-Amp P.C.B. Bracket.
Step 1 Remove 3 screws from SMPS P.C.B.
Step 2 Remove 1 screw from AC-Inlet P.C.B.
Step 3 Remove the wire clamper to detach FFC cable from the
connector (CN5801) on SMPS P.C.B.
Step 4 Detach FFC cable from the connector (CN5802) on
SMPS P.C.B.
Step 5 Remove the lead clampers.
Step 6 Remove 3 screws from the rear panel.
Step 7 Remove Voltage Selector P.C.B. from the catches at
the rear panel.
Step 8 Release the tab of the rear panel in the direction of
arrow.
