" Call Display Service
≥Caller information cannot be displayed in the following cases:
≥—If the caller dialed from an area which does not provide a Call Display service,
the display will show "OUT OF AREA".
≥—If a long distance call is identified, and the caller's name and/or number
cannot be received, the display will show "LONG DISTANCE".
≥—If the caller has requested not to display his/her information, the display will
show "PRIVATE CALLER".
≥—If the caller information is interfered with during reception, the display will
show "ERROR".
≥If your unit is connected to a PBX which does not support Call Display services,
you cannot access those services.
≥The name display service may not be available in some areas. For further
information, please contact your telephone company.

To check the number of new calls

If you have received 10 new calls, the display will show the following:
NEW CALL 10
What the display means
Name
Phone Number

Shows which calls
you have not
checked.
The number of calls which
