Possible Remedies
The batteries could be weak. Replace the batteries.
Check the orientation of the batteries.
Make sure this unit's power cord is connected securely
to the wall outlet.
Locate the unit at least 3-4 feet away from fluorescent
lights.
Be sure the main source has been selected to "TV".
If you are using another device to change channels, be
sure to select correct source for that device. For
example, if you are using your cable box or set top box
or DVD player, please use the corresponding remote
controller that was supplied with the device.
Possible Remedies
Make sure the power cord is plugged in.
Press" POWER" on the right side of the TV unit.
Press "SOURCE" to check the correct video source has
been selected.
Try another channel; it could be
station.
Make sure the source signal is connected to the TV unit.
Adjust the" VIDEO" settings in the "VIDEO".
Adjust the" BRIGHTNESS" in the "VIDEO ".Check the
antenna/cable connections.

selected or press the TV button on the remote ".

Move the TV away from noise sources, such as cars,
neon signs, or hair-dryers, microwave ovens, speakers.
Using a highly sensitive and directional outdoor antenna
or cable may solve the problem.
You have selected a text option in the setup MENU and
no text is available. To turn off this feature, set the
"CLOSED CAPTION" to OFF.
Some wide-screen programs are filmed in aspect rations
that are greater than 16:9(this is especially common with
theatrical releases).Your TV will show these programs
with black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. For
more details, check the documentation that came with
your DVD (or contact your program provider).
