How to Correct Problems in the Machine

Problem
The machine does not move.
There is no solution flow.
The machine doesn't extract
solution from the floor.
The cleaning is not even.

nozzles with the pump "OFF".
There is no suction.
Brush does not run or runs
intermittently.

The Power switch is off.
The traverse switch is defective.
Solution control dial in wrong position.
The solution tank is empty.
There is an obstruction in the
solution hose or filter.
Solenoid is defective.
Pump is defective.
Batteries are too low.
The recovery tank is full.
The recovery tool is not
resting on the floor.
Filter screen plugged
The brush is worn.
There is damage to the brush
module or spray assembly.
The solution level is low.
Batteries are too low.
Dirty or plugged spray nozzles.
Worn spray nozzles.
Debris in the check valve.
Defective check valve.
The vac motor is not running.
Vacuum hose obstruction.
Vac hose damaged.
The dome gasket worn or damaged.
Motor brushes are worn.
Loose motor connection.
Vac motor switch defective.
Batteries are too low.

Turn on the "Power" switch.
