Making Calls

The simplest way to make a call is to dial the number directly. You can also call numbers listed in your call log or
Contacts list.
Making a call from the dialer screen
1. From the Home screen, tap
2. Tap the number you want to dial.
• If you make a mistake, tap

Making a call using dial search
1. From the Home screen, tap
2. Start typing the fi rst few numbers you want to dial. Matches contacts are displayed.

3. Tap the matching contact in the list > Tap
Entering a Pause/Wait
Pause and wait options can help you dial additional numbers such as a voicemail password, or phone banking
system menus.
1. From the Home screen, tap
2. Tap the number you wish to dial > Tap
Or tap and hold

Add 2-sec pause
: Your phone will wait for 2 seconds then continue to dial the remaining numbers automatically.
Add wait
: Your phone will wait with the message, 'Send the following tones?' until
the remaining numbers.
