Monthly maintenance
• Clean the fuel tank.
• Clean the outside of the carburettor and the space around
it.
• Clean the fan and the area around it.
• Check fuel hose for cracks or other damage. Change if
necessary.
• Change the fuel filter in fuel tank.
• Check the clutch, clutch springs and the clutch drum for
wear. Replace if necessary.
• Check electrical wires and connections.
• Change the spark plug.
• Change the air filter.
• Check and clean the spark arrestor mesh on the muffler
(only applies to mufflers fitted with a catalytic converter).
• Lubricate the drive shaft with the special grease. Do this
every three months.
• Replace the vibration damping elements after each
season, however, at least once a year.
