    CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE The Waring Commercial Griddle should be cleaned after ® each use with warm soapy water. The exterior of unit may be cleaned by carefully wiping with a damp cloth. Clean griddle surface while the unit is warm, using warm soapy water.
