Working with Web Clipping Applications
Web clipping applications are designed to work like any other
standard application installed on your phone. The skills and
techniques learned by using the other standard applications
can be applied when using the web clipping applications.
Web clipping applications are similar to standard applications
in the following ways:
You can use Graffiti text or an onscreen keyboard when
entering information.
The interface of the applications are all similar. For
example, drop down menus, edit lines, check boxes, etc.
The edit commands are all the same. For example, cut,
copy, paste, etc.
Drop Down Menu Sorting
In web clipping applications, the drop down lists are all sorted
alphabetically or numerically depending on the content. You
can also write the first letter and be automatically taken to the
first entry in the list, just like the Phone Lookup feature.
