Welcome Screen
Press the d button M z menu icon M Welcome screen M k button
Configure the welcome screen that is displayed when you turn on the camera.

Select an image
E62
Does not display the welcome screen.
Displays a welcome screen with the COOLPIX logo.
Displays an image selected for the welcome screen.
The image selection screen is displayed. Select an
image (E49) and press the k button.
Because a copy of the selected image is saved in the
camera, it will be displayed when the camera is turned
on, even if the original image is deleted.
Images captured using easy panorama cannot be
selected.
An image cannot be selected if the image size is
extremely small after the small picture or crop function
is applied.
