CAUTION
y Do not charge the battery using any
equipment other than that supplied with

y To prevent any possible shorting/contact
between Battery terminals, store battery
away from any metal objects such as
keys/paper clips etc. Failure to do so may
result in overcurrent supply and rapid
increase in temperature resulting in fire or
burns.
y Do not store the battery near any heat
source, such as a heater. This may cause
a fire or malfunction.
y Do not store the battery in temperatures
higher than 60°C or in a humid place.
Failure to do so may result in an
explosion or fire.
y Keep away from children. Failure to do so
may result in personal injury and damage
to the product.
y Make sure that the battery is connected
correctly. Failure to do so may result in an
explosion or fire.
y If the battery leaks or smells, remove it
from the TV immediately and contact an
LG Electronics customer centre.
y The battery contains lithium-ion, so
please handle with care. Failure to do so
may result in an explosion or fire.
y Danger of explosion if battery is
incorrectly replaced. Replace only with
the same or equivalent type.
ASSEMBLING AND PREPARING

Mounting on a table

(Only LB560*, LB561*, LB563*, LB569*, LB55**,
LB62**, LB565*)

Lift and tilt the TV into its upright position on
a table.
- Leave a 10 cm (minimum) space from
the wall for proper ventilation.

Connect the power cord to a wall outlet.
CAUTION
y Do not place the TV near or on sources
of heat, as this may result in fire or other
damage.
WARNING
y If a television is not positioned in a
sufficiently stable location, it can be
potentially hazardous due to falling. Many
injuries, particularly to children, can be
avoided by taking simple precautions
such as:
» Using cabinets or stands
recommended by the manufacturer
of the television.
» Only using furniture that can safely
support the television.
» Ensuring the television is not
overhanging the edge of the
supporting furniture.
» Not placing the television on tall
furniture (for example, cupboards or
bookcases) without anchoring both
the furniture and the television to a
suitable support.
» Not standing the televisions on cloth
or other materials placed between
the television and supporting
furniture.
» Educating children about the dangers
of climbing on furniture to reach the
television or its controls.
