Shows the function names,

Press MULTI-CONTROL to display the
main menu.
FUNCTION, AUDIO and ENTERTAINMENT
appear on the display.

Use MULTI-CONTROL to select
FUNCTION.
Channel mode appears on the display,
• To return to the channel display, press BAND.

Note
If you do not operate the function within about 30
seconds, the display is automatically returned to
the channel display.

Switching the XM display
Press DISPLAY to switch the XM display.
Each press of DISPLAY changes the XM dis-
play in the following order:
Text information-Category name and text in-
formation-Artist name and text information
-Song title and text information

Storing and recalling
broadcast stations
You can easily store up to six broadcast sta-
tions for later recall.

When you find a station that you want
to store in memory press LIST to switch to
the preset channel list mode.

Use MULTI-CONTROL to store the se-
lected station in memory.
Turn to change the preset number; press and
hold to store.
The XM preset number you have selected will
flash and then remain
lit.
The selected station
has been stored in memory.
If you do not operate the list within about 8
seconds, the preset channel list mode is can-
celed automatically.

Notes
Up to 18 stations, six for each of three XM
bands can be stored in memory.
• You can also store stations assigned to preset
tuning numbers by pressing and holding one
of the preset tuning buttons

on the re-
mote control.

You can switch the channel select mode to
either selecting with channel number or with
category.
