6 The Cover Page window appears.
When the "None" is selected, no cover page will be printed with the
document.
When the "Before Document" is selected, a cover page will be printed
as the first page of a document.
When the "After Document" is selected, a cover page will be printed as
the last page of a document.
When "Before Document" or "After Document" is selected, Tray for
printing cover page can be set.
