1. Make inside of cycle vacuum by operating
vacuum pump.
Surely perform vacuum for 60~80 minutes
> When perform vacuum within 60 minutes
perfromance to be weak and cause of light
1. Check whether gauge scale reach to
-76 Hg.
If it is not possible to make vacuum
it has a leakage problem.
1.Measure weight of R-600a can refregerant
at electronic scale and discharge all
Perform discharge of residual refrigerant
at well ventilated out side.
Adjusting method of refrigerant quantity
- Can weight:
160g(Bottle75g+Refrigerant 85g
-
- Adapter weight : 145g
=> Total weight : 305g
- Refrigerant charging quantity: 79g
(6g discharge)
=> Total can weight shall meet 299g
1. Connect can adapter to charging nipple
2. Open adapter lever slowly and charge
refrigerant
Careful for connection so that there is
no leakage
