Basic Operation Filling the Iron Select the correct temperature. INCREASE DO NOT use water containing softeners, perfumes or additives as these may damage the iron irreparably. Turn clockwise to increase Unplug the iron from the mains. Set the Steam Control to OFF. and anti clockwise to reduce Lift up the water filler cap. -

Care, Cleaning and Storage After you have finished ironing: Self Cleaning Set the steam control to minimum. This operation removes scale and impurities from the iron. We recommend using it every 10-15days. Switch the iron off at the mains and unplug. Fill the reservoir to the MAX level. -

Check with your Local Authority or retailer for recycling advice. Your Tricity iron is covered by a warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a fault develops during this period, please return the unit to your nearest Tesco store together with the original receipt as proof of purchase.
