Press either the Open/Closekey or the tray to turn SW1 OFF(HIGH). Then MTR1 starts rotating clockwise. By the clockwise
rotation of the main gear, the tray is moved to close.
Fig. 5-2 : When the main gear rotatesto this position, the tray lock pin begins to enter the guide of the main gear. If the pin further enters
the inner part, the tray is locked in the close state.

The main gear has rotated further in comparison with the condition shown in Fig.

When the main gear rotates to this position, the rack gear of the tray and the pinion gear of the main gear are disconnected.
Thereafter the tray is moved
the tray lock pin.
Fig. 5-5 : The tray is completely closed at this position. When the Close
) is ON, MTR1 will stop until the turntable moves to the
regular position. If the CD mechanism moves up while the turntable is not at its regular position, the turntable will collide with
the mechanism. When the turntable moves to the regular position, MTR1 starts rotating again to advance to
the
next step.

the CD mechanism starts moving up.
