Problem
Can't hear messages.
Greeting continues to play even after
an extension phone is picked up.
No information is shown after the phone rings. • Be sure to wait until the second ring before

Explanation/Solution
• Adjust the volume control.
• This is normal operation. Auto disconnect is
delayed for 1 second after the unit answers a
call. If you are near the unit, press PLAY/STOP
to stop the greeting.
