To disable data services:

Touch any of the following buttons to either activate or
deactivate an option.

Incoming calls can still be received.
to restrict access to the Messaging folder,

including all Text and Picture messages.
to restrict access to all data features such as
Web Browser
Internet, and other data usage.
Camera
to restrict access to the Camera functionality.
