Searching by Speaking

1. Touch
microphone icon to the right of the search box.
You can also touch
the microphone icon in the Google Search widget on the
home screen directly.
2. Speak the terms you want to search for. When you're finished
speaking, your speech is analyzed and the search is initiated.

Using Voice Actions

1. Touch the microphone icon to the right of the search box.
2. Speak the voice action you want to use. For example, say
'write a text'.
Your speech is analyzed before the action is initiated.
3. Some voice actions need you to complete by speaking or
typing more information. For example, an Edit message
box appears along with web search results after you say
'write a text'. You need to touch the box to enter the
recipient and message text by typing or speaking.

Changing Search Settings

Open the Google app and touch
Now, voice, and phone search options, change privacy settings
for your account and more.
on the home screen, select Google and touch
and select Voice Search, or touch
> Settings to set Google
