ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 13: Open the lid ,take out the cooking grid first, screw tighten the fire box with 3pcs of 5/32”x10mm truss head screw and 3pcs split lock(pack B) to the back panel. Then use 4pcs of 1/4”x15mm truss head (Pack C)and 4pcs of split lock to screw the fire box to the side panels.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step:15 Side burner valve assembly: Step 1: Insert valve assembly through side Step 2: Remove 4(four) screw&split lock panel from the “U” brackets on the side (Side panel, right) burner. Step 3: Insert valve stem assembly into burner Step 4: Insert valve stem assembly into tube.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 5: Replace “U” brackets with 4(four) Step 6: Align & tighten knob seat &valve Screws( DO NOT TIGHTEN) stem with 2(two)screws&split lock Note:(Make sure hose is not bent) as shown below. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 19:Put the gas tank into the gas tank pull-out tray. Then tighten up the gas tank retention bolt. 1.With hand attach propane gas tank to regulator inlet fitting by turning the regulator clockwise until tight as shown in figure below. 2.LP gas cylinder must be fitted with a listed overfill prevention device(OPD) .
