Google Latitude

Google Latitude™ user location service lets you and your friends share locations and status
messages with each other. It also lets you send instant messages and emails, make phone
calls, and get directions to your friends' locations.
Your location is not shared automatically. You must join Latitude, and then invite your friends
to view your location or accept their invitations.
Open Latitude
To join Latitude:
1. Tap > Menu
> Latitude.
2. Tap
3. A description of Location Sharing will appear. To continue, tap Share location with
family or friends.
4. Read the privacy policy. If you agree with it, tap Agree & Continue.
After you join Latitude, you can start sharing locations with your friends. Only friends that
you have explicitly invited or accepted can see your location.
To open Latitude after joining:
> Menu
1. Tap
> Latitude.
2. Tap
3. Select the following options.
Tap MAP VIEW to see your friend on Google Maps.

▪ Tap to sign in Latitude.
▪ Tap to refresh the friend list.
▪ Tap > Location settings > Location reporting to configure your location
reporting and sharing.
