Please read these instructions carefully before using this appliance.

Important Safeguards:

1. Check that your main voltage corresponds to that listed on the appliance.
2. Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use. Keep out of reach of children or incompetent persons.
3. Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions.
4. Never use the appliance near hot a surface.
5. Unplug unit from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts,
and before cleaning the appliance.
6. Do not operate any appliance has a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been
damaged in any manner, return appliance to the nearest authorized service provider, for examination, repair or
replacement.
7. Never use the appliance outside and always place in a dry environment.
8. Never use accessories which are not recommended by the producer. They could constitute a danger to the user
and risk to damage the appliance.
9. Never move the appliance by pulling on the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in anyway. Do not wrap
the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
10. Place the appliance on a table or other flat surface.
11. Only use fresh (potable) and cold (moderate) water. Do not use water contained in bathtubs, washbasins or other
receptacles.
12. Make sure the cord never comes into contact with the hot parts of this appliance.
13. Never touch the hot parts of the appliance (be careful, the warming plate is hot!). Only touch the plastic parts and
the coffeepot by the handle.
14. Be careful not to get burned by the steam evaporating form the coffee filter.
15. Never use the appliance if the jug shows any signs of cracks. Only use the coffeepot with this appliance. Handle
with care as the glass is very fragile.
16. Never use your coffee machine without water in it. If you have a programmable coffee machine, make sure to fill it
with water before programming it.
17. Never place the empty (or almost empty) coffeepot on the hotplate when the coffee machine is functioning, or on
any other hot surfaces.
18. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect turn any control to "off",
then remove plug from wall outlet.
19. Do not use coffee machine with a damaged outlet.
20. Do not forget that the temperature of the coffee prepared is high. Handle with care your coffeepot to avoid any
risk of splashes.
21. Any examination, repair, or adjustment for the appliance should be made by the authorized service agent.
22. Save these instructions for future use.
23. Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
General Operation: 
1. Uncover the top cover and fill clean water to required level.
2. Put adequate quantity of coffee powder or tealeaves in the filter cone.
3. Place the carafe on the hot plate.
4. Place the tundish with the filter cone in the tundish support.
5. Close the top cover.
6. Switch on, the indicator lamp will light up and the machine begins working.
7. After boiling when there is no water in the reservoir, if you keep switch on and the carafe is left on the heating
plate, the coffee or tea will remain warm. The water in carafe can be warm at above 75℃ in half an hour; above
70℃ in an hour.
